Service Description

Join us for an intention/breathe & be workshop! Setting intentions and writing, create movement & mindset Creative workshop to experience breath, prayer, listening, and creatives to dive deep into your year to see rhythms, and seasons with a whole new perspective!  Breathing techniques are taught to bring awareness, release tension, and create energy. Mini gentle movement series to breathe, move & embody all that is taught in the workshop Tea and Essential oils included in the workshop. Bring your journal or notebook!!
